The specifications excludes the wood part of the frame, because apparently, the 1x1 part is the where the glass ends. That was something that I really wasn't aware of until I arrived with the painting at UPV Art Gallery and all the paintings (2D artworks, not sculptures) that were being brought in in boxes by college students look far, far smaller than mine. Sooo embarrassed. But it's good that the gallery lady was very nice and told me that it's okay, and eventually it was because they found another piece with the same frame (from SM Iloilo Department Store, Home and Appliance Section). Hehe. Huya man ta sa mga studyante.
